We believe that all people have been created in God's image (Gen. 1:26-27), are fearfully and wonderfully made (Ps. 139:14), and worth Jesus going to the cross (1 Jn. 2:2).  Moreover, we believe that the gospel of Jesus not only reconciles us to God, but also to one another to form a new humanity without division (Eph. 2:11-21; Gal. 3:28).  It is through Jesus that God is reconciling all things to Himself and now invites us, the church, to participate in the work of reconciliation (2 Cor. 5:16-21). This group exists to join God's redemptive and reconciling work by tearing down the racial walls that divide and separate us.

The mission of Crosspoint’s Racial Peacemaking Kingdom Community is to join God’s redemptive work of racial reconciliation in the world. We seek to disciple our congregation towards understanding the centrality of racial reconciliation to the gospel of Jesus, form relationships with communities and faith leaders of color in and around our community in which we can learn from and support each other, and grow in our capacity to engage in crucial conversations in a Jesus-centered way.

If you have questions or need help finding a group, you can reach out to us at

What is a group?
Following Jesus is not meant to be a solitary journey. We were created to live out our faith in community. Joining a group is one way to connect with other people and experience the transformation that can come through following Jesus with other people.
How do I join a group?
First, find a group that is of interest to you. When you find one, you can click the button to "Request to Join". When you request to join, you will be reaching out directly to the group leader, who will be in touch with you.
What happens during a group meeting?
Each group will be a little different, but generally will include time for connection with others, discussion, learning about a topic, and following through with a practice to live into through the week.
Can I lead a group?
If you feel God is prompting you to lead a group, we're here to help and support you! Reach out to us and we would love to come alongside you to make your group successful and open it up to our church.
